MONEY · PROGRAMMABLE SETTLEMENT

RWAUSD.Ai

Programmable money, designed around the settlement workflow.

A planned programmable-money architecture for coordinating payment instructions, asset transfers and treasury workflows across tokenized markets. RWAUSD, RWACAD, RWAEUR and RWAAED are currency concepts only — none is issued, circulating, regulated or available.

Money that carries its conditions.

In a digital-market transaction the asset and the money usually move through different systems. The asset record sits with an issuer, a registrar or a market platform; the payment sits with a bank, a payment provider and a treasury team. The conditions that connect the two — eligibility, approval, timing, reference data — are often held in contracts, emails and spreadsheets between them.

RWAUSD.Ai is a planned architecture for closing that gap. It maps how a payment instruction, the conditions agreed by the parties and an eligible asset-transfer instruction could be organized as one workflow, so the payment leg and the asset leg resolve against the same set of facts. It also maps the treasury steps around the transaction: funding, currency handling, reconciliation and reporting.

The architecture is deliberately not a currency launch. RWAUSD, RWACAD, RWAEUR and RWAAED describe intended reference currencies for the US dollar, Canadian dollar, euro and UAE dirham. They are concepts only. No token has been issued, no reserve arrangement is represented, and no redemption right exists. Any future issuance would require an issuing entity, banking and custody arrangements and applicable regulatory approval — none of which is announced here.

How the workflow is meant to run.

A sequence of designed handoffs, not a description of live processing. Every stage names the provider or institution that would have to act.

The teams this pillar is built around.

01

Issuers and digital-market operators

Teams coordinating a tokenized asset sale or transfer who need the payment leg to reference the same eligibility and conditions as the asset leg.

02

Financial institutions

Banks, custodians and settlement providers reviewing how a payment instruction could be paired with a digital-asset transfer under their existing controls.

03

Corporate treasury

Treasury teams mapping funding, currency handling and reporting for transactions that cross several providers and systems.

The workflows this pillar is meant to support.

The problem it starts from

A transaction’s asset leg, payment leg and treasury records may be handled by different systems, with conditions and responsibilities difficult to follow end to end.

What DAC would do

RWAUSD.Ai is planned programmable-money architecture for mapping those instructions and conditions. DAC is not a bank or currency issuer; any payment, banking, custody or settlement service would require authorized providers and confirmed arrangements.

  • Delivery-versus-payment design

Map how an eligible asset transfer and a payment instruction might be coordinated around agreed transaction conditions.

  • Digital-market treasury workflows

Organize proposed funding, payment and reporting steps for institutions participating in eligible digital-market transactions.

  • Cross-border settlement planning

Identify the banking, currency, custody and regulatory dependencies a cross-border settlement pathway would need to resolve.

Questions institutions ask first.

Is RWAUSD a stablecoin I can hold or use today?

No. RWAUSD, RWACAD, RWAEUR and RWAAED are currency concepts in a planned architecture. None is issued, circulating, redeemable, regulated or available, and no reserve or redemption arrangement is represented.

Who would issue the currency?

An issuing entity, reserve and banking arrangement have not been confirmed. Any future issuance would require an authorized issuer, banking and custody providers and applicable regulatory approval in each relevant market.

What does DAC actually build here?

The workflow and connectivity layer: the design of how instructions, conditions and records connect. DAC is not a bank or a currency issuer, and any payment, banking, custody or settlement service would require authorized providers and confirmed arrangements.

Does the architecture promise settlement speed or savings?

No. The design describes intended coordination, not performance. No settlement time, fee saving, yield or comparative benefit is represented anywhere in this pillar.

A planned architecture, stated plainly.

RWAUSD.Ai is a DAC-developed programmable-money concept. It is not a bank, a currency issuer or a payment institution, and it does not hold or move customer funds. Any fiat-referenced settlement currency would depend on banking and regulatory arrangements in each relevant market, and on authorized providers under confirmed contracts.

Currency concepts only. No token is issued, no reserve is established and no redemption is available. Status, partner dependencies and jurisdiction questions are reviewed on the platform record.
