Regulatory Information
How this information is structured.
Regulatory information is published in five levels: the group, its legal entities, the jurisdictions in which each operates, the registrations, licences or authorisations held in each, the products those authorisations apply to, and the services provided through authorized partners.
The group.
Digital Assets Capital develops and connects financial technology and digital asset infrastructure. It describes its role as infrastructure and connectivity. Regulated financial services are delivered by appropriately authorized institutions where applicable.
Legal entities, jurisdictions, registrations and authorisations.
No entity list, jurisdiction list, registration, licence or authorisation is published here yet, because none has been confirmed for publication. This page will carry each one, with its authority and the products it applies to, once confirmation exists. Its absence is deliberate and is not an assertion that any entity holds nothing.
Partner-enabled regulated services.
Where a service is provided through integrated institutional infrastructure, the authorisation belongs to the institution that provides it, not to Digital Assets Capital. The partner and infrastructure architecture on the Trust & Controls page names the capability layers; counterparties are named publicly only where disclosure has been confirmed.
How to ask.
Questions about entity structure, authorisations or a specific jurisdiction should be raised directly with the company through the contact route on this website, so an answer is given by the party responsible for it rather than inferred from this page.
