Digital Assets Capital

Programmable money, payments and credit on one rail.

Markets create the instruments. Financial infrastructure is what makes them usable: a settlement layer, a payment layer, credit, trade and commerce, all designed to run against the same programmable foundation rather than beside it. This page opens up how those layers connect and what each one is designed to do.

Settlement infrastructure for digital capital markets.

RWAUSD.Ai is the Digital Assets Capital infrastructure layer for programmable money, stablecoin connectivity and digital settlement across tokenized markets. It is planned infrastructure: the architecture below is the design, and the currencies named under it are the planned settlement currency architecture, none of which is represented as issued, circulating, regulated or available.

  1. INSTITUTIONAL CAPITALEligible professional capital would enter through the authorized arrangements a transaction requires.
  2. PROGRAMMABLE MONEYRWAUSD.Ai is the planned programmable-money layer, with its currency architecture still to be confirmed.
  3. DIGITAL MARKETTokenized assets would trade on the digital capital markets infrastructure.
  4. ASSET TRANSACTIONA transaction would be recorded against the instrument it concerns.
  5. SETTLEMENTPayment and asset-transfer instructions would be coordinated in one place.
  6. TREASURYSettled value would return to an eligible treasury or reinvestment path.

Digital Assets Capital is not represented as a bank, issuer, deposit-taker or regulated exchange, and no currency named here is represented as available for use. Any regulated activity would require appropriately authorized providers and confirmed arrangements.

A payment layer between commerce and settlement.

DiPay.Ai is digital payment infrastructure designed to connect wallets, merchants, financial rails and programmable settlement across the ecosystem. The flow below is the architecture it is designed to sit in: commerce on one side, settlement on the other, and a payment layer between them. It is a design, and the integrations it depends on are to be confirmed.

  1. GLOBAL COMMERCEMerchants, marketplaces and travel platforms that need to be paid.
  2. DiPay.AiDigital payments, wallet connectivity, merchant payments and API-based payment infrastructure.
  3. PAYMENT INFRASTRUCTUREWallet, on-chain and cross-border rails an authorized provider would operate.
  4. PROGRAMMABLE SETTLEMENTRWAUSD.Ai is the planned settlement layer the payment leg would connect to.
  5. FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONSBanking and payment providers reached through confirmed arrangements, not operated by DAC.

No universal coverage, guaranteed settlement time, instant payment capability or banking relationship is represented. Payment and settlement would depend on development, appropriately authorized providers and confirmed arrangements.

Private credit, lending infrastructure and programmable settlement.

Private credit is the one asset class that needs both a market and a lender, so DAC’s design puts them in sequence rather than side by side. PNPL — Promised Now, Pay Later, the planned programmable-credit concept, runs on the same rail as the flow below.

  1. PRIVATE CREDITOriginated loans and asset-backed credit, structured before anything is digital.
  2. PrivateCredit.RWA.winDigital market infrastructure for private-credit instruments and their participation records.
  3. DigiLending.AiLending infrastructure connecting digital assets and real-world collateral with credit providers and financing products.
  4. INSTITUTIONAL CREDIT CONNECTIVITYCapital from eligible providers reached through confirmed, authorized arrangements.
  5. PROGRAMMABLE SETTLEMENTRWAUSD.Ai is the planned layer an obligation would settle against.

No lending terms, loan availability, interest rate, underwriting capability or institutional lending relationship is represented. Any actual credit requires an appropriately authorized lender; Digital Assets Capital is not represented as providing a lending service.

Trade documents, payment connectivity and digital settlement.

Trade finance is where the same architecture meets an existing market rather than a new one. The flow below describes how a trade transaction could be connected to documentary conditions, payment connectivity and settlement — as architecture, not as a service.

  1. IMPORTER / EXPORTERThe counterparties whose trade the workflow would follow.
  2. TRADE TRANSACTIONThe underlying sale, shipment or receivable.
  3. DIGITAL LETTER OF CREDITDocumentary conditions and obligations recorded as a workflow rather than as paper.
  4. FINANCIAL INSTITUTION CONNECTIVITYAn appropriately authorized bank or institution involved under confirmed arrangements.
  5. DiPay.AiThe payment leg, connected through the proposed payment layer.
  6. RWAUSD.AiThe planned settlement leg, alongside the payment leg.
  7. SETTLEMENTWhere the two legs would meet.

This is architectural. Digital Assets Capital does not issue letters of credit and is not represented as a bank or a regulated trade finance provider; any actual letter would be issued by an appropriately authorized bank or institution under confirmed arrangements.

Two adjacent concepts, neither a product.

Insurance and commerce are not financial infrastructure in the way settlement and payments are, and the honest way to present them is as proposed connections into the rails above rather than as services the company offers.

Insurance

DigiInsurance.Ai is designed to connect digital distribution, insurance products and technology infrastructure through partner-enabled capabilities. The designed connection is to the credit rail — collateral and servicing records — and from there to payment instructions and planned settlement. Coverage and underwriting would sit with a licensed insurer.

Digital Commerce

DigitalBooking.Ai is a digital commerce application designed to connect travel booking infrastructure with modern payment and financial technologies. It sits above the payment rail rather than inside it: booking, payment and settlement are three distinct concepts, not one live service.

Digital Assets Capital is not represented as an insurance carrier, and no coverage, underwriting service, merchant, commercial partnership or booking product is represented.

Six layers, in the order value moves through them.

These are not six products. They are one infrastructure in sequence — the order is the claim, because a market that cannot settle does not trade, and a payment rail with nothing behind it has nothing to carry.

  1. 01

    MARKETS

Digital capital markets where tokenized instruments are formed and traded.

  2. 02

    PROGRAMMABLE MONEY

The planned money layer the markets would settle in.

  3. 03

    SETTLEMENT

Where a payment instruction and an asset transfer are coordinated together.

  4. 04

    PAYMENTS

The layer that moves value for commerce and across borders.

  5. 05

    CREDIT

Lending and private-credit obligations, connected to the same rail.

  6. 06

    TRADE & COMMERCE

Trade documents and commerce applications running on the payment leg.

The sequence describes infrastructure DAC is designing. It is not a statement that each layer is operating, and not a representation of regulated status, availability or coverage.

See how an asset moves through it.

The infrastructure is one system. The fastest way to understand it is to follow a single asset through it — or to bring one in.
