CREDIT · COLLATERAL AND ASSET-BACKED LENDING
DigiLending.Ai
The infrastructure around a loan, not the loan itself.
Digital workflows connecting collateral records, credit and asset infrastructure for teams assessing asset-backed credit. DAC provides infrastructure connectivity; any loan, underwriting decision or regulated credit service must come from an appropriately authorized lender.
AT A GLANCE
Credit depends on evidence that is usually scattered.
An asset-backed loan is decided on evidence: what the collateral is, who owns it, what it is worth, how it will be serviced and what happens if a payment is missed. In practice that evidence sits with an owner, a valuer, a custodian, a lawyer and a lender, in formats that do not reference each other.
DigiLending.Ai is designed to organize that evidence into a workflow. Collateral and ownership records, valuation references, loan terms, draw and repayment events and servicing notes are mapped so a lender and its advisers can review a fuller picture of the asset behind the credit. The same records support portfolio monitoring after the loan is in place.
DAC provides the infrastructure and connectivity. It does not lend, underwrite, set eligibility or approve credit, and it is not represented as the lender. Origination, credit decisions and regulated credit services require an appropriately authorized lender in each market, under confirmed arrangements. DigiLending.Ai is planned, and no loan or credit availability is represented.
DESIGNED TO WORK
How the workflow is meant to run.
A sequence of designed handoffs, not a description of live processing. Every stage names the provider or institution that would have to act.
WHO IT IS FOR
The teams this pillar is built around.
Lenders and credit funds
Institutions assessing asset-backed opportunities that want collateral and servicing evidence in a consistent, reviewable structure.
Asset owners and sponsors
Owners of real estate, commodities or receivables preparing a credit file and looking for a clearer route to authorized lenders.
Private-credit platforms
Platforms coordinating participation, transfer and servicing records across several lenders and counterparties.
PLAIN ANSWERS
Questions institutions ask first.
Does DAC lend or approve credit?
No. DAC provides infrastructure connectivity. Any loan, underwriting decision, eligibility determination or regulated credit service must come from an appropriately authorized lender.
Is credit available through DigiLending.Ai now?
No. DigiLending.Ai is planned and partner-enabled; an authorized lending partner is not confirmed. No loan, rate, limit or availability is represented.
What collateral does it cover?
The design is asset-agnostic and maps the evidence an authorized lender would review — for example real estate, commodities or receivables — through connections to the relevant asset and market platforms.
Who monitors the loan after origination?
The lender and its servicer. The platform’s proposed role is to keep collateral, loan and servicing records connected so monitoring and reporting can draw on the same evidence.

STATUS, CONTROLS AND CONDITIONS
Infrastructure for credit, not the credit provider.
DigiLending.Ai is a DAC-developed credit-workflow concept. Loan origination, underwriting and the provision of credit require an authorized lender in each market, and DAC is not represented as the lender. Lending partners, lending jurisdictions and credit terms are not confirmed.
Planned and partner-enabled. No loan, eligibility, rate or credit availability is represented on this page or by the platform record it links to.
